Delete your account

You can delete your Sirahan account and its data at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your information.

How to delete your account

• In the Sirahan app: open your profile (My Page), tap “Delete account”, and confirm.
• If you can't access the app, email us at [email protected] from the phone number on your account and we'll complete the deletion for you.

What gets deleted

• Your name, email, and profile photo are erased.
• Your phone number is released — it no longer identifies you, and can be used to register a new account.
• Your active listings are taken down.
• Your sign-in is revoked on every device.

What is kept

Messages you have already sent stay in the other person's chat history so their conversation still makes sense, but they no longer show your name. We keep a minimal, non-identifying record where the law requires it (for example, to investigate fraud or abuse). This data is not used to identify you and is not shared.
